1. License Grant The Licensor ("Seller") grants the Licensee ("Buyer") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and distribute the purchased pixel game assets under the terms specified in this agreement.

2. Permitted Uses The Buyer may:

• Use the assets in personal and commercial projects, including games, applications, and multimedia content.
• Modify the assets to fit project needs.
• Distribute finished projects incorporating the assets.

3. Prohibited Uses The Buyer may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the assets as standalone products.
• Claim ownership of the assets, even after modification.
• Use the assets in NFTs, AI training datasets, or blockchain-related projects.
• Use the assets in a manner that is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.
